     I've had several people tell me that they use journals (or other forms of written communication) to share with their spouses.  It gives them the time to think through what they want to say and has often helped them communicate things that they have trouble talking about.
     Why not give it a try?  Grab a spiral notebook and tell your husband what you are feeling and thinking, ask him a question, write a romantic story using the two of you as characters, or write down the lyrics to the song running through your head.
