Hi ladies,

        Ethel was my grandmother, and below is her relish recipe.  Those who like cranberry rave over this - give it a try!

        A very blessed Christmas to you all - and may 2009 be the best, most generous, and most loving year of your marriage to date.

Cranberry Orange Relish   
1 large whole orange (with rind), cut into wedges, seeds removed 12 oz. fresh cranberries 3/4 cup honey 1/8 tsp. ginger 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbs. lemon juice Chop cranberries and orange in a food processor.  Add remaining ingredients, stir, and refrigerate.  Best if made at least 12 hours ahead.
